Wonderful Job and So Kind
Mark and his partner Chris were absolutely wonderful. They were so professional, took the time to explain things to me, and were so very polite. I called them in the morning. They were here by 2 and gone by 5. I had tons of jobs for them to do. I had 2 hose bibs for them to replace. A tub faucet and kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. All of these jobs were done in just a few hours. They even put up with Maybelline, who would not stop barking at them because she was nervous to have someone in her house. They stayed kind, even took the time to pet her and calm her down. They were so sweet to her. Thanks, guys, for doing such a wonderful job and being so kind. By the way, I love my quarter turn bibs!

Extra Mile Will Go That Extra Mile
WOW! What can I say? I learned of this company through a friend that also learned through a friend! Referrals are the best. When someone is able to give great feedback, it makes it so easy to trust and believe. My first experience was a day before Thanksgiving, and my powder bath desperately needed help as my faucet would not turn off. Having dinner with family could have been a disaster. They were able to come diagnose the problem, had me order the part I needed, and came back to install. What could have been a huge mess turned out to be a joyous occasion. The second incident my hot water heater (gas) started to leak. I called and immediately was told they'd be over to check on things. Even though later in the evening, they came and again knew exactly what was going on and what was needed to fix. After repairing the hot water heater I was told there was bad news as they needed to enter my crawl space checking my water lines/pipes…my HVAC is right beside the entrance. I was told there was a smell of gas as they entered the crawl space. Even though not HVAC people, they were able to show me where the gas leak was coming from. I immediately texted HVAC people and because it’s only 4 yrs old I thought for sure it’s still under warranty…it was not. Extra Mile was able to repipe my gas lines and send me on my way. Talking about going the extra mile is an understatement. The name definitely fits the business and type of treatment you will receive. I really appreciate Chris and his business partner for going over and beyond. Definitely will call/text/use them again as needed. If you’re looking for a plumber, look no further! Extra Mile will go that extra mile for you!

I truly wish 6 stars were available. In a pinch, I needed a plumber to restore water to my home. A quick Google search led me to these awesome guys! Mark and his brother—sorry, I am bad with names—came out and looked over my system. I have to note that they were very polite and included my son with ADHD as he was very involved. They were able to quickly get the water back on. I am not sure what I am looking at, but it looks nice. Thank you guys for coming out so quickly and making this go away for us. No one ever wants to call a plumber out, but if you must, call these guys first!
